Our family has made children’s play equipment since our first workshop opened in 1987. Our current factory has been running since 2008 (as Yongjia Beitele Toy Factory), the company was registered as Zhejiang Zhongshi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2015, and we have been exporting since 2018. We started with fiberglass slides for kindergartens and parks and later moved to eco-friendly engineering plastics.

We have our own factory of 11,000 m², with more than 30 workers.

Yes, our factory complies with local environmental regulations.

Our kids’ mini playgrounds are designed for toddlers aged 1–3. Outdoor combination slides, water slides, swings, seesaws and rockers are for children aged 4–12. We recommend products based on the main age group of your project.

Frames are galvanized steel pipe with a powder-coated, high-temperature baked finish that is UV-resistant and keeps its bright colour. Slides and tubes are rotomolded or fibreglass; plastic parts use rotomolding-grade LLDPE. Platforms are punched galvanized steel sheet. Nets are high-strength nylon or polyester rope. Clamps, caps and base plates are one-piece high-strength aluminium alloy castings with rounded edges, sand-blasted and coated with outdoor eco-friendly polyester powder cured at high temperature for corrosion resistance. All bolts and hardware are stainless steel and do not rust easily.

Yes. Products made with our existing moulds can be freely combined into new layouts, with your choice of colours and themes such as space, forest, castle, ocean, animals and fairy tales. A completely new shape needs a new mould: the mould fee is usually about RMB 20,000–100,000 and adds about 15–45 days to production.

Yes. Send us the site size, photos of the site, the children’s age group and your budget, and we will send a 3D design within 1–3 days.

The minimum order is one set, and you can mix colours and models in the same order.

We can provide paid samples of small parts within 1–2 days. We do not provide full samples of large equipment, but you are welcome to take a video tour of our factory or visit our showroom.

We suggest at least 100–150 m² for a small project, 300–800 m² for a medium project and over 1,000 m² for a large play area. Every product comes with its size and safety zone; send us your site size and we will recommend suitable products.

The price depends on the size of your site, the type and number of products, and how much custom or themed design you need. Send us your site information and we will quote within 24 hours.

We inspect raw materials on arrival, check products during production, and inspect 100% of products before they leave the factory. We also accept third-party inspection by an agency you choose.

Our products are made to meet Chinese national quality standards for children’s play equipment, and every set is checked before packing. Third-party test reports are being finalised and will be published on this website once issued. In the meantime, we are happy to share material details and inspection photos for the products you choose.

Requirements differ by country. For example, Saudi Arabia requires product certification through the SABER platform. We work with your importer and a locally approved certification body to prepare the product documents needed.

Steel structures have a 5-year warranty; plastic and fibreglass parts have a 2-year warranty; wear parts such as swing chains, springs and hardware have a 1-year warranty. After the warranty, spare parts are supplied at cost.

Please send us photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods. If it is a quality problem, we send replacement parts free of charge. Damage during transport is handled through a cargo insurance claim.

A dedicated after-sales team gives online technical support and remote troubleshooting by video, and every order ships with common spare parts. Our process: design, technical Q&A, design adjustments, contract, payment and production, final inspection, customer inspection, balance payment, packing and shipping, installation drawings and guidance, and long-term after-sales service.

Standard products take about 4–7 days; custom products about 7–10 days per set, including packing. Larger orders depend on quantity. Shipping time is not included.

Design takes 1–2 days and production about 4–15 days, depending on product size and quantity. Sea freight takes about 30 days to the Middle East and about 5–20 days to Southeast Asia, depending on the country.

Yes. We confirm the delivery date in the contract and send photos or videos when production starts, when it is finished and when the container is loaded.

About 100–150 sets per month.

Every part carries an assembly number and is wrapped in black foam, film and tape. Small parts are packed in cartons, each order comes with a packing list, and goods ship in 20ft or 40ft containers.

EXW and FOB. If you need CIF, we can help arrange sea freight.

There are two options: our technicians install on site, or you install it yourself with our manual, videos and online guidance. All parts are prefabricated and modular, so 3–5 workers with basic tools can complete the installation with our guidance.

Standard products: 40% deposit, 60% balance before shipment. Custom products: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
